Prophet Kelvin Sein is the visionary and prophetic voice behind Encounter Ministries, a thriving bilingual ministry based in Puerto Rico. Called from a young age, Dr. Sein carries a powerful anointing for revival, spiritual alignment, and prophetic transformation. As a pastor, teacher, and prophetic leader, he has committed his life to helping people have genuine encounters with the presence of God that lead to healing, restoration, and purpose.

With a rich background in ministering to children and youth alongside his wife, Pastor Melissa Sein, Dr. Sein has a unique ability to connect across generations. His heart beats for the local church and for the nations, and under his leadership, Encounter Ministries supports various missions across India and Africa, including Andhra Pradesh, Kenya, and Uganda.

 His passion for sound biblical doctrine, and his commitment to raising up prophetic and apostolic leaders who can discern the times and build the Church according to God’s pattern.

Pastor Melissa Luz Sein is a passionate minister, educator, and co-founder of Encounter Ministries. With a heart for teaching and nurturing lives into wholeness and purpose, she serves as a spiritual mother, mentor, and leader within the ministry. Alongside her husband, Prophet Dr. Kelvin Sein, she plays a foundational role in building a ministry centered on the power of God, prophetic vision, and deep biblical truth.

With a professional background in education, Pastor Melissa brings a unique anointing to her pastoral role. Her teaching gift is marked by both wisdom and grace, making her a voice of clarity and counsel within the Encounter community.

Pastor Melissa is deeply committed to seeing families restored, women empowered, and children raised with a strong foundation in the Word and presence of God. Her leadership extends beyond the pulpit as she helps shape the next generation of believers through discipleship, education, and intercession.
